Today, we announce the launch of our two ServiceNow Vulnerability Response offerings for infrastructure and container based applications, currently available in the ServiceNow Store (Container Vulnerability Response Integration and Infrastructure Vulnerability Response Integration). This integration allows our customers to create, track, and remediate vulnerabilities that Lacework identifies in their environment. By sending the Lacework vulnerability detections to ServiceNow Vulnerability Response, customers can easily compare the data from different sources, automate vulnerability grouping, prioritization and assignment, and quickly create change requests and security incidents to remediate issues and mitigate risks.

This integration is important to our customers, especially our enterprise customers who are looking for an out-of-the-box solution that brings together their favorite cloud security offering with their favorite automation and services platform.

The Lacework integration with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response enables our customers, especially our enterprise customers, to streamline their vulnerability response workflow and to simplify assignment, collaboration, and remediation by routing vulnerabilities to the correct IT and Application owners.

“Using business context in ServiceNow, customers can track all their detections and report the security posture of the IT and Application environment right in the NOW Platform. We look forward to continuing our partnership with Lacework and enabling our mutual customers to realize value and save time from these integrations,” said Deepak Kolingivadi, Head of Security Products at ServiceNow.

This integration enables the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response application to import and automatically group vulnerable items according to group rules, allowing customers to better track, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities. Sharing Lacework vulnerability data with ServiceNow will allow customers to easily compare the data from different sources and quickly create change requests and security incidents to remediate issues and mitigate risks.

This offering is in private preview and if you are interested in being a part of this beta program, please reach out to your account team.
