Lacework Achieves AWS Security Competency Status
November 27, 2018
Mountain View, Calif. – November 27, 2018 – Lacework, the industry’s first solution to bring automation, speed, and scale to cloud security, has achieved Amazon Web Service (AWS) Security Competency status. Qualifying for this status validates Lacework’s leadership as a provider of cloud security account, workload and container security for AWS customers.
This designation is the result of a rigorous review of Lacework’s technology capabilities and ability to effectively serve AWS customers. Achieving AWS Security Competency differentiates Lacework as an AWS Partner Network (APN) member that delivers comprehensive cloud security solutions designed to help enterprises adopt a more rigorous security posture for their cloud workloads.
“Lacework is proud to be among the APN members who have achieved AWS Security Competency status,” said Stefan Dyckerhoff, CEO of Lacework. “Our team is focused on giving customers visibility and control over their cloud operations at cloud scale so they can protect AWS accounts, workloads, containers, and other resources. The Security Competency status validates what we’re trying to do and provides us with a better path to supporting AWS customers.”
Lacework is participating at AWS re:Invent 2018 (booth #1705) in Las Vegas, Nevada. Executives will be available to discuss how Lacework addresses the unique demands of the cloud: speed, scale and automation, and will demonstrate how security teams can minimize security risks for workloads, containers, and accounts, all without slowing down the pace of innovation.
