Sunil is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience in the field of security. Sunil has experience with both sides of security, conceptualizing and delivering innovative and high-quality security solutions — including solutions that have won Emmy Awards for technology — and also leading security organizations at large corporations and startups alike.
Sunil holds more than 40 patents in different areas of security, and is well versed with cloud/mobile security, large language model (LLMs)/generative artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain/smart contracts, identity and access management (IAM), video/document digital rights management (DRM) and public key infrastructure (PKI).
Sunil’s influence extends beyond individual companies, as he also serves as security advisor to multiple venture funded startups and venture capitalists, including Arintra, Circle Security, and Prosimo.io. He is currently the Chief Security Officer at Glean, an enterprise search and knowledge discovery solution for modern teams.
