Francis began his career in 2004 as a security consultant at Solucom (now Wavestone), a consulting firm focused on championing enterprise transformations. During his time there, he gained invaluable insights into various security approaches, developing a deep understanding of the intricate challenges faced by organizations in safeguarding their information assets.

In 2011, Francis joined voyages-sncf.com (now SNCF Connect & Tech), where he worked with the CISO to develop initiatives to enhance the company’s security measures. He transformed the company’s security strategy into a state-of-the-art program across multiple domains, eventually leading him to his current role as SNCF’s CISO. Francis leads a skilled team of professionals, overseeing crucial activities such as business risk analysis and Security Operations Center (SOC) operations while also providing support to DevOps teams as they integrate cybersecurity tools.

Francis actively engages with the cybersecurity community, participating in cybersecurity events organized by ADN

Ouest—an association based in France dedicated to

promoting and advancing cybersecurity through forums, events, and initiatives. His many contributions and valuable expertise have earned Francis a position on the executive committee at SNCF, highlighting the value he brings to the organization and his strong ability to influence strategic decision-making.
