As a highly accomplished and well-rounded cybersecurity executive leader with more than 15 years of experience, Divin brings a unique blend of expertise and experience in cybersecurity, information technology, and IT internal auditing across multiple industry verticals. Throughout her career, Divin has consistently demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills, technical acumen, and strategic critical thinking, enabling her to effectively address complex challenges in the diverse cybersecurity landscape. She has guided cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and synergy to achieve outstanding results while building a strong cross-functional expertise through multiple global leadership roles.

Divin began her career as a software engineer at Exeter Group, specializing in software development and managing IT projects across different technologies. She then joined GE as a Project Manager and Operations Leader, where she designed IT solutions and enhanced operational efficiency. In 2015, she joined GE’s Corporate Audit Staff (CAS), a global leadership development program that incorporated internal auditing functions across various operating segments. From there, Divin held numerous roles and eventually advanced to the executive leadership team, where she led 80 digital technology auditors across cybersecurity, compliance, privacy, regulatory audits, and advisory projects. Divin joined GE’s Global CISO organization in 2021, playing a key role in defining and implementing an enterprise-wide cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) strategy. Leading a team of 30 professionals, she oversaw various cybersecurity domains, including governance, risk management, policy enforcement, and regulatory compliance. A few months later, she took on additional responsibility and became the CISO for GE Renewable Energy, overseeing cybersecurity and cyber-regulatory compliance for multiple businesses within GE.
