With his broad understanding of information technology and business processes, he quickly identifies the highest risks and biggest chances for the security of an organization and derives a sustainable security strategy.
During subsequent mitigation, implementation, and improvement phases, Andreas provides valuable guidance for the involved resources and stakeholders, while monitoring the security performance indicators and risk reduction approaches. It’s his belief that a successful and secure business can only be achieved by focusing on the human factor, especially regarding awareness, complexity reduction and prevention of human errors.
