Stefan Dyckenhoff is President and CEO of Lacework, leading the company’s overall vision and go-to-market strategy. Stefan is part of the team who incubated Lacework at Sutter Hill Ventures. He joined Sutter Hill from Juniper Networks where he was Executive Vice President for the Platform System Division. He also worked at Cisco Systems, leading the router and security business. Over the course of his tenure at Juniper and Cisco, Stefan advised and invested in several computing, security, networking, and mobile startups. Stefan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Duke University and a Master of Science degree from Stanford University.
Co-Founder & CTO
Vikram Kapoor is co-founder and CTO at Lacework, and leads the company’s strategic technology and architecture roadmap. Prior to Lacework, Vikram led Bromium’s engineering team in delivering solutions supporting Bromium’s vision and business goals. Prior to this, Vikram managed the Database Storage Engine group at Oracle RDBMS and was lead architect for Exadata technologies. Vikram was also Development Manager for the protocols group at Oracle where he designed components of the NFSv4 server. Vikram also held senior engineering roles at Pillar Data Systems and Valicert and is a prolific inventor who holds several patents.
Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer
Sanjay Kalra is co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Lacework leading the company’s overall strategy for innovation, business development, channel, strategic partnerships, and customer success, drawing on more than 20 years of success and innovation in the cloud, networking, analytics, and security industries. Prior to Lacework, Sanjay was GM of the Application Services Group at Guavus, where he guided the company to market leadership and a successful exit. Sanjay also served as Senior Director of Security Product Management for Juniper Networks, and spearheaded continued innovations in the company’s various security markets. Sanjay has also held senior positions at Cisco and ACC. He holds 12 patents in networking and security.
Chief Product Officer
Dan Hubbard is Chief Product Officer at Lacework responsible for driving the company’s product and security strategy for public and private clouds and security research. A pioneering force in Internet security, Dan’s expertise spans from reputation and advanced classification systems to large-scale security data mining, and cloud security. Prior to Lacework, Dan was CTO at OpenDNS, helped deliver the world’s largest cloud security network that led to the $600M acquisition by Cisco. Prior to OpenDNS, Dan was CTO at Websense, led R&D, launched the Websense Security Labs, and was instrumental in the company’s success from early days through successful IPO. Dan owns several patents in the areas of data classification and cloud security and is a frequent speaker at security conferences globally.
Robert Dunn is COO at Lacework. He brings two decades of experience working with technology start-ups, covering finance, accounting, legal, HR, facilities, IP strategy and oversight of overseas subsidiaries. Robert was most recently at VMware, where he assisted with the VMware’s acquisition of Wavefront, where Robert was the CFO. Robert has also held senior positions at Instart Logic, Mocana, and WebLogic (acquired by BEA), and has advised several early stage technology companies. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, and a Master of Arts in Economics from Colorado State University. Robert is a Certified Management Accountant.
Isabelle is VP of Marketing at Lacework, responsible for branding, communications, positioning, and go-to-market programs. Isabelle brings to Lacework 20 years of experience, focused on go-to-market strategies and category creation. Prior to Lacework, she led marketing at BlueTalon and established the company as a leader in the emerging data-centric security market. Prior to this, Isabelle was Senior Director of Industry initiatives at Palo Alto Networks and built the company’s vertical strategy teaming up with the major account team to double revenue in two years. She also held senior positions at Oracle, CollabNet, SEVEN, and IRI software.
Andrew is responsible for Worldwide Sales at Lacework. He brings over 16 years of enterprise sales experience to the company, most recently as Head of Sales for Forward Networks, where he built the company’s first sales team and was responsible for all revenue generating aspects of the organization. Prior to Forward, Andrew held various sales roles with ThousandEyes, Meraki, Memento Security, and TIBCO Software. He received his Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
